As you all know I’ve been coaching at NCST for a year now… it’s been nothing short of amazing! The highs, the lows all worth it… once I retired from wrestling I still had that undying hunger to compete. April 23’ I decided to hop in the MMA world. Next month, on the 7th of September I’ll be in my hometown (the other side) St. Louis competing for Shamrock FC. This will be my homecoming pro fight.
